Libby Rivas, Manager

A Northern California native, Libby returned to the West Coast after earning her degree from Goucher College in Baltimore. For nearly a decade, she has called San Luis Obispo home, bringing with her an extensive background in customer service and small business management. As the Clinic Manager at Innerbloom Ketamine Therapy, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate care and a truly supportive experience.

Libby’s dedication to mental health is deeply personal. At seventeen, she lost her older brother to suicide, a devastating experience that profoundly shaped her perspective and ignited a lifelong commitment to supporting those who are struggling.

Having endured recurring bouts of depression throughout her adult life, Libby intimately understands the weight of feeling stuck—trapped beneath an invisible force that dims motivation and disconnects you from the world. Over the years, she explored various healing modalities, searching for relief. However, it wasn’t until she underwent ketamine therapy that she experienced a true shift. For the first time in years, she felt an awakening—a renewed sense of motivation, creativity, and inspiration that not only allowed her to fully dedicate herself to her work but also gave her the energy to pursue her own passions and goals. It’s not that she feels like a completely different person—she finally feels like herself again.

This experience reinforced her unwavering belief in the power of ketamine therapy and deepened her empathy for those navigating similar struggles, fueling her commitment to helping others find their own path to healing.

Beyond her professional contributions, Libby shares a close partnership with Dr. Rivas, whom she married in Santa Barbara in October 2024. Together, they are devoted to delivering the highest standard of care to their community, combining expertise with heartfelt compassion to make a meaningful impact in the field of mental health.
