For optimal results, we recommend:
(6) IV ketamine infusions + (3) psychotherapy sessions over the course of 2 to 6 weeks for $3,900.

For chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and other pain symptoms, infusion duration may be extended along with a higher dose. Please contact us for specific pricing tailored to your pain condition.

If you need to make changes, let us know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Your advance notice will allow us to offer your appointment time to other patients as well as help us get you rescheduled as soon as our schedule allows.

Please note:
We will NOT refund or credit appointments which are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours of notice. We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled appointments.

Refunds for appointments canceled with appropriate notice will be provided via check with the initial credit card processing fee deducted from the total.

If you arrive late for an appointment in excess of 15 minutes, we may not be able to proceed with your scheduled appointment. Late appointments are non-refundable.
