Cindy, originally from southern California, relocated to the Central Coast in 2004. Her educational journey includes a bachelor's degree from Vanguard University and a master's degree from Chapman University, culminating in her becoming a licensed marriage family therapist in 2013. Cindy's early career focused on substance use disorders, specifically medication-assisted treatment for opioid use, and she gained valuable experience working with the foster care system, addressing mental health challenges arising from such circumstances.
In 2013, Cindy transitioned to private practice, emphasizing a personalized approach to client care. She now offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with Innerbloom Ketamine Therapy, showcasing her interest in holistic therapeutic methods. Cindy is certified in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through the Numinus Training certification program. Beyond her professional endeavors, Cindy cherishes a simple life, finding joy in family time and the tranquility of the outdoors with birds, bees, dogs, and cats. Her leisure activities include reading books, listening to podcasts, audiobooks, and engaging in online trainings for personal enrichment. Cindy's journey reflects a commitment to professional growth and a balanced appreciation for life's simple pleasures.
Note: While we collaborate closely, Cindy owns and operates her own private practice which is independent from Innerbloom Ketamine Therapy PC.
