Our Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

If you need to make changes, please let us know 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Please note:
We will not refund or credit appointments which are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours of notice.

Refunds for appointments canceled with appropriate notice will be provided via check with the initial credit card processing fee deducted from the total.

If you arrive late for an appointment in excess of 15 minutes, we may not be able to proceed with your scheduled appointment. Late appointments are non-refundable.
