To begin the process, submit an inquiry online or call the office to request the intake form link. Once an intake form is completed and submitted, our team will reach out for a brief discovery call to verify insurance coverage for SPRAVATO® and assess for any contraindications for either treatment program. Following that, we will schedule an in-person consultation with Dr. Rivas and securely collect a credit card to keep on file.

We are now approved by the VA as a Community Partner, allowing qualifying veterans to receive treatment from us. To begin, veterans must be referred to us by their VA psychiatrist. All the steps they need to follow are available here.

Innerbloom’s service includes:
(6) IV ketamine infusions + (3) psychotherapy sessions over the course of three weeks for $4,800.
Additional psychotherapy sessions are recommended at a rate of $150 each.
For chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and other pain symptoms, infusion duration may be extended along with a higher dose. Please contact us for specific pricing tailored to your pain condition.

Your advance notice will allow us to offer your appointment to our waiting list.
To best serve all of our clients, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
For appointments canceled with adequate notice, refunds will be issued by check, minus the initial credit card processing fee.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your session, and the appointment will be considered non-refundable.
